I understand a lot of stuff gets shipped through Amazon from container ships. This was not damaged in anyway during its transit from whatever factory produced it. However, the packing at the factory and the construction are subpar even for my expectations.The biggest issue I had was the spring clips to hold? The music are of a terrible design. There is a pivoting rod of steel connected to another piece of steel rod buy a spring. The springs on these clips were stretched while packing at the factory. They were absolutely useless, and even if they were in proper condition would’ve easily been ruined with regular use.

This convenient stand is the longer length I needed and is easy to use.

For the money, I can’t complain too much - it gets the job done. My main issue is that this stand is super flimsy. I can’t even attach my clip on light. And It isn’t high enough for my keyboard so I had to set it on top of a box which is annoying. I wasn’t expecting it to be the same as my floor stand. But it would nice of it was bit sturdier.

Good design and well executed construction in an affordable desktop music stand. Try it, I think you will find it useful: so much better than laying the music flat on a table and trying to crane your neck to read the notes.

Excellent design. Just the right balance of size and robust strength. Its not always convenient (seldom actually) to use my good quality floor mounted music stand and this is a brilliantly well thought out desk model ideally sized and capacious. Very happy.
