Ocean Shell Studios began life in 1992. We are a family owned business and have constantly evolved and developed a diverse range of quality products. Sustainably sharing the ocean’s beauty has been our business for more than 25 years. Our shells are hand-graded by people who have spent years understanding the calibre, weight and colours of each individual shell. Each shell has individual features marked by time, tides and territory. Their inner layers of iridescence, when revealed, refract bright shimmering colours, giving blues their deepest blues and greens their most intense greens. Over time, seashells take on individual shapes - the angles, curves, distinct textures and mysterious hues are formed by hard layers of calcium carbonate and sediment, each unique to their seabed environment.

This was cheap and flimsy. I got it to hold my shell and it may work for that if it would never be touched or the table vibrated. I ultimately returned it.

I put my selenite crystal ball on this stand and it looks perfect. I’m super happy with it. I’ll buy another if I get another large crystal someday.

I bought this thinking it would be a decorative piece. It was so much smaller than I expected. The quality of the item was good, but I ended up returning it as I wasn’t really sure what to do with such a small item.
