The heal shaker has become an important part of my solo acoustic act. I am a full time musician in South FL. I play just about everyday. I keep one tucked in-between my instep and flip flop. been doing this for years. I wear them out all the time. They are not cheap. this one was less expansive than what I usually buy and thought it was the same because it looks like the same one in the photo! It is not. The quality is bad.. broke it with my first gig. I ordered 3.. I'm still using one but it is duck taped back together. The sound is harsher. The good ones sound like sand this one sounds like gravel, much harsher. I'm getting away with it for now.. but I will never buy this brand again!
