This item fits perfect. The trick is working around the hood. If you have large hands, have fun. Try not to break the 90 degree hose connector it might be brittle. Little tip. Run the sprayer before installing the new jet. This will flush the line of grit from removing the hose. (Tools: Philips screw driver plastic trim pry bar and 2-3 foot piece of 2x4 or extra help to hold the hood half open or less.)

Searched high and low trying to find these and just happened to stumble across them on Amazon one day. They are actual genuine motorcraft and they work great. I put them on my 1999 F250 super duty since I had one jet that was more of a stream than a spray. Work very well

My old nozzles are damaged by UV and no longer spraying correctly. Removing my wiper arms and front cowl panels, I was able to squeeze out the old nozzles and pop these in. They are the exact same as the original equipment.If you are replacing these for the same reason, you may want to pick up some extra hose and/or fittings as the plastics elbows may be just as brittle as the nozzles.
