It’s pretty quiet as described, I like the remote. The temperature control is ok. But I noticed that this unit doesn’t go down to 60 degrees like other a/c units. It’s goes down to 61 degrees. I thought that was odd. But it’s ok otherwise. No complaints. I hope it lasts a long time. We put it in the wall. So this is something permanent. It was a replacement for another unit we had for nearly 25 years. It was dying, so it was time for it to go. Needed a new one at this time. We also noticed that this is the smallest unit I could find anywhere. All the other a/c units for the wall are huge! Too big for the space we have. This one fit perfect. It was just right. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed in this ac/heater. We bought it during this past summer and only needed the heater this month (6 months later) and the heater DID NOT WORK. We contacted the seller and was told there was nothing that could be done other than contact the manufacturer. I WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN!!

Would be 5 stars if the Wi-Fi and remote weren't useless. The a/c itself, like most Friedrichs, is top notch. If you use the panel controls, it will not coincide with the remote/Wi-Fi.

FIRST OF ALL IT WAS ADVERTISED IT WEIGHS ONLY 25 LBS ITS MORE LIKE 50 LBS. STILL TO THIS DATE NOT ABLE TO CONNECT THE BLUE THOOH AND AFTER SEVRAL DAYS OF TRYING I GAVE UP ON WIFI WHICH I WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO USE. AS FAR AS REMOT CONTROL ITS 20 YREAS AGO TECHNOLOGEY AT THE BEST. IT DEFENETLY DONT WORTH THE MONEY THAT I PAID FOR IT.DIRECTION TO HOW TO SET UP IS PERRTY CONFUSING AND IF YOU ARE NOT A HANDY PERSON GOOD LUCK. ITS FAIRLY QUIET HOWEVER FOR THE PRICE I CALL IT A GARBAGE THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT I BOUGHT FRIEDRICH AND I WILL NEVER BUY IT AGAIN. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY THIS UNIT.
