Handle is okay. Had to modify the center shaft because it was too long. Also, it doesn't sit flush with outside of door. Had to caulk to seal gap. Key is a bit different and tough to get use to, but the handle works, bottom line.

I bought and installed this in my garage last week. It fits my garage door, and works great!This is the second time I have had to replace to t-handle lock on my garage door. The first time I had to do this, it was because the original owner of my house lost the key. The second time I had to replace this because the included key bent and eventually broke off in my hand, rendering the handle useless.Pro's:-The quality of the keys are great. They may be large and clunky looking, but they seem strong and capable. Due to the 4-point design, they are not likely to break off on my keyhole as my previous unit's keys failed.-The quantity of the keys is fantastic. Most competitor's units come with only 2 non-duplicatable keys. While I will take an educated guess that this unit's keys will not be copied, I found the inclusion of 4 keys to be a major factor in the selection of this unit.-I found the pricing to be more than reasonable at a sub-15 dollar pricepointCon's:-I mentioned the Keys above. The only issue with the keys is that they are on the bigger side of things. They work well for me, and fit in my lockbox. But I do not think I would want them on my key ring that I carry daily.-The included bolts were too short for my garage door, by a very small amount(like 3-5mm). They are easily replaceable at your hardware store (or in my case, by the bolts from the unit I was replacing)-The brass coloring of the keyhole stands out and does not batch the chrome unit-Since none of these grips take away from the quality or useability of this T-handle lock, I am only taking away 0.5 stars, which I am still rounding up to a 5-star rating.Overall, I highly recommend this unit for your garage door.
