I ordered both the hand rake and triangular trowel. The are the prettiest garden tools I've ever owned, and their functionality does not disappoint. They don't feel too heavy in hand. I don't have to use as much force with these. I had a few early weeds pop up in my flower bed. I use the triangular trowel to loosen the weed then the rake to pull it out. It was so easy. I love these tools! The iron really makes a difference. The wood handles are gorgeous. I recommend rubbing a little beeswax/oil wood conditioner in them. The wood tones did not match on the ones I received but that's really the only criticism I could give these. They are fantastic garden tools, the best I've ever owned, and I am looking forward to using them more this spring. Highly recommend!

I recently discovered that I enjoy gardening and getting rid of weeds, when I have the right tools. This is a sturdy garden hoe and the edge is sharp. It can brake off stubborn thick garden weeds and small branches. The wooden handle has a nice feel and look to it. It is short, so you have to be sitting or bending over to use on the ground, but you have more control and can put better force into it that way. It is a bit on the pricey side, but I am glad I got it.

I recently received this "Gardening Tools Triangle Hoe Stainless Steel. Garden Hoes with Ergonomic Walnut Handle for Backyard Weeding, Loosening, Farm. Gardening Gifts for Women/Men" and it made very quick work of some pesky (thorned) roots in my front flower bed. This handy little gardening tool has been a godsend for the flowerbed overhaul I'm working on. I've never had a hand-hoe and I'm really loving how effective it is for hacking through those trying-to-become-underground-branches style roots that seem to be the bane of my existence right now. The "hoe" portion of the tool is bolted/screwed into the handle, but the welding on the piece seems good - the previous tool I was using (not a hand-hoe) snapped apart on the first day of this flowerbed project, so those welded bits' strength are now an important detail to me!The handle feels good in the hand because of its curve. It's not quite the "molded" handle found on a lot of plastic-handled equipment - it's more like a decorative/ornate handle that's been slimmed down for efficiency. The product description states the handle is walnut, so it should hold up for quite a while. I like that the "blade" comes with a silicone cover to help prevent accidents, so be sure to keep that piece when you unpack the tool and start putting it to work. Trust me when I say you'll want to put the cover on it when you store it! :)Very pleased with this tool so far, both in its quality of construction and its performance during use. Priced at $28.56 as I type this review, I am more than happy recommending this triangular, handheld garden hoe to others!

This stainless steel hoe is very sturdy and the edges are sharp enough to break up thick stubborn weeds. The handle is nice quality wood and its ergonomical shape makes this hoe comfortable to grip. You can tell it's higher end.

This is a pretty nice hoe. Much sharper than I expected, and maybe sharper than necessary. The handle is nice enough that almost it temps me to maintain it with oil or something. It held its own against the incredibly hard Mojave desert rock/ dirt we have, which mostly means it didn't get damaged. It was a bit too small to beat the dirt. I can see this being very useful in less solid dirt. Just don't let your toddler run amuck with it, that point is sharp. I do have to say, it's a bit on the pricey end. Very nice tool, but you pay for it.

I love a sturdy, handmade, garden tool. This is one. I've uploaded a photo of the shape of the hoe, as it's asymmetrical quality was not very apparent in the Amazon listing. The hoe has a blade on two sides, but it is not sharp to any degree at all. It reminds me of a type of Korean handheld hoe. It's good for digging, weeding, cultivating, and making furrows. This one's quite heavy duty. I'm a bit concerned that the blade is attached with two rivets rather than a weld. The way it has been attached to the 3/8" bar stock shaft, all the force from striking an object is going to be transferred directly to the two rivets. If I had the ability, I'd finish this with a weld, because I believe these rivets are going to loosen and eventually break. The handle appears to be walnut, and there is a brass ferrule transitioning between the handle and the shaft. I like the reach, the heft, and the durable materials. Even with those two rivets, this tool is going to last for some years.

This is a useful tool to have among your garden tool collection. Easy to use and maneuver around in tight areas like raised garden beds. I would recommend a longer extension one if you are working for long periods that would require you to bend over too long. My only complaint about this tool is that it seems a little lightweight for being a heavy duty tool. Hopefully it can withstand the pressures at the neck or near the handle long term. Otherwise, it’s a tool that I would recommend having.

This small triangular-shaped handheld hoe is about 14.5 inches in total length. Material is advertised to be made of stainless steel, which will be great to avoid tool rust over time. I found this wedge to be quite sharp, allowing it to cut through garden weeds with ease. Tool balance and weight are good, and the long handle allows you a good mechanical advantage to lodge the triangular wedge deep into the ground, cutting through the weed. Just be careful that the area you are aiming at is clear from hands or other parts of your body! The non-slip wooden handle has a hole in it toward the end with a leather loop. This allows you to hang it up after use. Again, it is a sharp object, so be careful of point when hanging it. This is a well-made solid tool that should last a long time for garden chores.
