This replaced Bruno stair chair Elitesuspa gas spring c16 27344. Worked great and was $85 cheaper. It came with a couple more ends like a ball end and flat end. I got the 25lb but should have gotten the 40lb it still works ok. Arrived the next day

Added some sound proofing and a solar battery charger to my generator shed. The Stock gas springs could not take the weight. These were perfect and they came with 3 different mounting options and were easy to swap out. Did the trick and now the lid stays open when I need it to.

It took nearly a month to receive these struts and then, no matter how much force I applied, they would not compress.UPDATE: They DID compress once installed. They are just really, REALLY strong. Too strong, in fact, for my application.Star rating increased to 4! (one star held for the incredibly long delivery time)The assortment of replaceable connection ends is a big plus - you won't want for connection types.

Graet struts but should have bought a lesser lb rating 60 lb is too much for my application
