Used literally maybe 10 times, at most, and a small young filly broke the snap that attaches to the halter by literally barely pulling on it. I bought these cross ties 7 months ago and I rarely use my wash rack. If this had happened right after I purchase them, I would be demanding a refund or replacement. I am thankful that it broke instead of my horse getting hurt And although I released the panic clasp immediately, The snap On the end of these cross ties that I Had attached to her halter busted right in half When she pulled against It. This was a year and a 1/2 old 700 pound filly. A full size adult horse would have busted this in no time. It's a Shame that there's no option to discuss with the company A possible return or replacement because it's outside of the time frame that they allow a return. But what about Items that are defective? I can't imagine that this was made to break this easily so I believe that there was some kind of defect in that snap. Unfortunately, I find no options to contact the seller to ask them about this. So then what happens when something Breaks on day 31 or 32, outside of the 30 day window? I guess customers are just SOL. SO I would not recommend these Not only because of how easily they broke but because there's no opportunity to have any kind of Possible remedy from the sellor or manufacturer.

They were as expected just the right weight for cross aisle cross ties. Adjustability allows ties to work in wide aisles. I have a 12’ wide aisle.
