The wire is solid. Though I do feel like it is a little on the thin side for 16 gauge. I also feel like my reel wasn’t 50 ft, but that is just speculation since I obviously didn’t measure prior to using it.Sound quality is good and the outer white jacket is visually appealing.

It's good wire, but you can't stick Dymo labeling to it and make it stay. You will have to take clear tape and put it over the demo labels to make them stay in place. I ran 10 lengths of wire under a stage, and had to label each wire. Quit a difficult job when the tables won't stick. But that's not the fault of the cable. Just the two don't mix.

Feel like a thinner gauge honestly. It says 16 but feels more like 18 or 20 even.End of the day, it does the job and powers some bookshelf surrounds at about 20ft distance just fine.

This is top notch cable. I’m using it for ceiling mounted speakers. Don’t buy junk alum clad when you can get 100% copper and peace of mind for just a couple bucks more. Highly recommended :). I am not associated with this merchant in any way. Just a customer and i will always get my cable here. Great job!!

Gear it wouldn't necessarily be my first choice - but I needed wire and needed it now! Gear it came through with next day Prime delivery. Wire quality?What I liked1. full copper strands - not copper electroplate on aluminum.2. sturdy jacket that held up to pulling through a drop ceiling and didn't get shredded while pulling across metal studs and other bits out for blood.What I didn't likethe insulation between the two conductors is very thin - too thin for my liking - I can strip the wire with a finger nail. That thin.

I don't feel any difference in sound quality and these wires are very thin so not sure if they are actually 16 gauge wire.Update-1It’s says 50ft, however it is not even more 20ft. This brand is a cheater please be aware of that. As far as wires are concerned then they are very thin and I am very sure they are not 16awg. This review update is based upon the wire which I have received.So please please aware and look for other options. Like I said above there’s no improvement in the sound quality.
