The pump and motor are conveniently and safely housed in a lightweight, rugged diamond plate case that can be stored or transported in the smallest of spaces. The water jet system uses the steam of high pressure water that attacks the blockage and flushes it away. Clear blockages of grease, sand, and ice from 1-1/2" to 3" lines with ease and precision. The pulse action of this unit helps the hose slide around tight bends and pipe corners to help further it down the line and to help eliminate the clog. The built-in Water Sensor locates the moving water and automatically shuts off the motor if water is not flowing through the pump to help protect the unit from damage. General Wire has impressed with this powerful trifecta (lightweight, compact, and easy on the wallet) unit.

Have tried 2 of these in the last 6 months, both seeing approximately 3-4 uses, and both have burnt up. Literally throwing blue sparks and flames out the side, second one almost to a point of catching fire right in a customers kitchen floor. Love the concept, lost my trust in this one tho

I got a jetter hose to attach to my pressure washer and that works great. But for indoors, I didn't want the setup so decided to try this out. It's awesome.I removed the p-trap and ran this in and the entire process was too easy. I don't know if that's a good thing because if there's a bigger problem, a plumber may have noticed. For me, it fixed a slow drain problem. Still, I think a jetter is better than a mechanical snake. Water goes down fast as expected now and having this tool on-hand will save me money in the long run.Includes everything you need to get water from an angle stop and clear your drain. Great idea, this... Empowers casual homeowners, one at a time.

I Love My General JM 1000B Mini Jetter!! I am a professional Plumbing Contractor who does alot of drain cleaning and I use my Jetter all the time. It's so easy to use and very effective. Just connect itto a faucet, plug it in, prime the pump and turn on the switch and your washing the drain line. Takes only a couple minutes of set up, much easier than my Gorlitz, no long garden hoses, no long jetter hoses. A must have for every Professional Drain Cleaner.
