i didnt like the teensy pieces that need to be cut but they are necessary to the overall picture of the designs. the ornaments went together easily and stitched up nicely. they will be adorable on the tree or as gift tags on packages.

The kit was very well designed. I am not experienced with needlework so it took many, many hours to finish but the result was very nice. The people who got the gifts were pleased and impressed. The instructions were clear and adequate, but the way they were organized, or maybe not organized, made them hard to track. In some cases, I learned only later I had done things wrong. This added to the difficulty, but the end result was quite good.

I was hoping the felt pieces would be precut. Also, there is not enough thread provided. This is definitely not for beginners, which I am. Cute though.

I purchased these to make as Christmas gifts. Love the felt deep rich colors, soft and cuts well.However the kit does not include needles or enough thread. If you decided to double up on a stitch you're out of luck. Luckily, I always save extra thread from other projects.I also made copies of each page. I made cardboard tracers and used them to outline shapes to be cut. Made it much easier to trace..This kit is definitely not for first time crafters. The directions are really not detailed enough..I will say the finished ornaments are adorable..I almost didn't want to give them away.
