Amazon said this part doesn't fit my vehicle, but it does. This is the part that was missing on my 2017 Toyota Sienna to lower the spare tire that is under the vehicle.

Was missing on my used 2012 Sienna FWD. Works well to lower / raise the spare tire, and fits perfectly on the panel where it belongs. :-)

I bought an ‘18 Sienna used only to find that this tool was missing when I got a flat. So I had to be towed to the repair shop. This fits the goofy pentagon nut perfectly.

This was shown not to fit toyota 2005 sienna bot in fact does fit 2005 toyota sienna.

I had a flat in summer 2021 while driving my 2007 Toyota Sienna. To lower and use the temporary spare you need this tool (after a recall "fix," apparently) , but it does not come with the car after being modified per the recall, and the owner's manual, of course, describes using the original (six-sided) lug nut wrench , which no longer works on the replacement five-sided nut. Neither of the two AAA rescue guys who were sent out to help me was familiar with it or had a tool to lower the spare. Wound up having to be towed. Repair shop owner who specializes in Toyota knew of it and advised me to buy one. Delivery was slow and could not be tracked on Amazon, but when it did arrive the tool was perfect and will do the job if I ever have another flat.
