I have now shattered two of these in two months! My mother in law bought the coffee pot for us for Christmas. 5 days after getting it I wash it and barely hit the sink and it shatters. I ordered a replacement and same thing happened! Hoping this is my LAST!

Of course I was worried it wouldn’t fit and that the description would not match the product, but it was a slam dunk perfect fit for my older Mr Coffee pot which required a 6” x 5” pot with straight sides to activate the dripper valve. I knew it would be impossible to find the right carafe in a thrift store. They vary so much in shape. Bit the bullet and just bought it new.

Since my coffee maker was not being produced the carafe was not too. This was the replacement they suggested and it worked great. It is hard to find a 10 cup for my brand,
