This is the best thing since a pocket on a t-shirt came along. Easy to install, works great and no more getting out to open and close the gate!!!!! I absolutely LOVE it!!! It's a little slower opening than closing but it works smoothly and you can add additional remotes to it for other family members. Great buy for the price!!!

The solar powered by battery (not included) works well. The opener mechanism lacks a proper "limiting strap/bumper" causing the opener to sustain all of the stress of stopping the gate when opening. Instructions should recommend a post to be a "bump stop" to prevent damage to the gate opening mechanism during opening. This causes the opener to break its drive ram.

This worked well for my 12' gate. The instructions were clear. The illustrations were sufficient. The bundle price saves a little vs buying the items separately. I did not need to call tech support. I did have an exchange via the website tech support messages about a separate product that I did not purchase. The answer was not great, but then my question was vague, too. They did respond promptly, though. I suspect they will be helpful if and when I need them.

Installed this on my single tube gate in one afternoon. The installation instructions were straightforward and simple. The only slightly frustrating thing was pairing a new remote to the master remote requires you to physically butt one up to the other in the process which wasn't described in the manual but was demonstrated in a YouTube video I found. I ended up buying the keypad and the zombie lock, both of them were easy to install and set up as well. I've been using them daily for about a month now on a single 12v marine battery charged by the solar panel that gets limited sun during the winter months and I've had zero issues with it. If I need to motorize another gate I'll definitely come back to Ghost Controls.

Ordered this kit after I tried to get someone to install a solar operated system for me. Started looking around and found Ghost. After looking at a couple of their videos I decide to go ahead with the purchase of the TSS1XP Bundle with Wireless Keypad. So glad I did! It installed very easily and worked right off. All one needs to do is follow the clear instructions and watch the installation videos. The only caveat is if you are installing this on a tube style gate with round gat posts - be sure to order the Ghost Controls AX3R Round Post Adapter Brackets to Adapt to 3 inch Round Steel Posts. This is not included in the kit.
