My gym doesn't offer any forms or pages for tracking workout stats, so I ordered these. They will last me a long time! I like the quality of the paper - easy to write on with either pen or pencil. Nice, sturdy cover, Ave spiral bound pages turn smoothly. lLots of space on both front and back of pages for data, including notes on sleep quality and nutrition for the day. Only drawback is that the available space is adequate for noting type of exercise, sets and reps. I would have preferred maybe a 5x7 inch layout. Nonetheless, I highly recommend these notebooks

This has perfect page layouts and is the perfect size for my gym bag. I can keep track of my reps and make notes on a separate page. You track what muscle group you are working and exactly what exercises you are doing. Perfect pocket planner. Highly Recommend!
