This company Krish Kraft Seller offers no customer service. Reached out for assistance on a broken latch. I was willing to purchase a replacement but this not even offers as a solution. I reached out to Glibal Industries and had excellent experiences. If you are interested in this product contact Global Industries.I would give them a zero star if possible. It is latched and will not open without manually pushing the latch pin back.
