Junk. Does not work. When researching it said no monthly charge. But you have to buy a Sim card and pay for monthly service on the Sim card. It's a cellular Sim card. False ad advertising. Useless, not worth 5 cents and not worth the time to return.Amazon should be ashamed to sell this product for their customer. In the garbage it goes.

Worthless when you have to buy a SIM card to get it to work. Just a sales gimmick to get you to buy it with “ no contract needed”

Did not work. Instructions are horrible. Spent money on a SIM card and the device never worked. Advertising that it is free when you have to purchase and put money on a SIM card is false advertising.
