This skillet is huge. I love granite stone cook wear. It works very well, and the quality is top notched. I have bought a few pieces of this, and it is super nice. I am building my cookware with pieces I want.

Pan was much heavier than expected, which is nice. There's an edge rather than a curve to the angled sides, so you wouldn't have an easy time tipping out a giant omlet, but it can be done since my son used the 10" for omlets. Shape is sort of between a typical frying pan and a saute pan, which is perfect for a lot of uses.

Very light weight. Would be very easy to dent/bend with rough use. Overall does the job. Cover would be nice for the price.

Diese Pfanne hat für ihre Größe und ihre überraschende und angenehme Leichtigkeit eine erstaunlich gute Wärmeverteilung. Ich besitze eine ähnlich große, sauschwere Pfanne eines namhaften Herstellers, bei der die Randbereiche sich sehr ungleichmäßig erhitzen. Die Antihaftbeschichtung ist ebenfalls gut, was heutzutage eigentlich kein Kunststück ist, wie lange sie halten wird, bleibt freilich noch abzuwarten.

I purchased this based off of a review of several different pans at once. This one performed well and is compatible with my induction cook top. I actually purchased it to use exclusively on my induction cooktop however it also works very well on my ceramic range.Nothing at all sticks to this! I've used it at several temperatures with several different kinds of meals, and everything cleans off the surface with ease!Of course, with the induction cooktop, the heat up time and distribution is very fast and smooth. However, even when I ceramic top cooker, it still gets a very even heat and stays flat on the cooktop, ensuring consistent heating.It claims to be dishwasher safe, however, a lifetime of avoiding putting pans in the dishwasher dictates that I still hand wash it, haha! It also claims to be heat resistant up to 500° F. I have not used it that hot yet (only about 360 ° F), but you could do a combo bake/fry if desired.For the price, this blows any of the very expensive cookware that I've tried out of the water!

I use a 12" pan just about every day for dinner. So my pans get a lot of use. I had one that lasted really well for about 2 years that finally was no longer cleaning up well, so it was time to get a new one. I tried several, and most didn't last a week. Even the hammered copper ones that are on TV commercials all the time was useless after about four days.THIS one so far has lasted more than a month, which puts it heads and shoulders above all the rest I've been trying. Even after a month it's performing as it did when I first received it. Non stick is outstanding, cleanup is generally just rinsing under the faucet with the spray function, and it's 99% clean. Some swipes then with my dishcloth and it's ready for use again, no scrubbing necessary no matter what I've been making.The side already has a stain on it from where something poured out down the side a bit when putting things onto a plate, but I don't care about the exterior. It probably would've cleaned well had I known it was there and gotten to it, but it sat for an hour or so before I got to it, and by that time it was well set. Simply wiping the outside sooner would probably avoid this for anyone else.But it was nice to finally try one that advertised how wonderful it was, and actually have it BE a great pan.

Much better performing than cheap fry pans. Non-stick surface works very well, eggs, cheese, rice, wipe off easily. Not easy to scratch, but never use metal utensils. Make sure to avoid overheating this fry pan, it's important you avoid burning oil or butter into the surface. You cannot sear meat, but so long as you use medium and lower heat, this fry pan works very well.
