We use these last night to grill vegetables and seafood. It's an interesting way to cook and certainly has some really great characteristics. You can put a lot of food inside the baskets, grilled them as long as you want, and occasionally shake them up really good ensure the grilling is evenly distributed. It did that very well. We grilled vegetables for 30 minutes in it, then added seafood for an additional 10 minutes and the result was amazing. One important thing is that these baskets are easy to toss in the dishwasher for cleaning. That is so much easier than trying to scrub them by hand. There were some issues. First, the larger of the two baskets is a bit tall for our grill, which is a fairly conventional Char Griller grill. The problem is that the grill has a upper grade tthat moves down when you close the grill and that tends to want to press on the larger of the two baskets. The baskets would be better the size of the smaller one, but then they wouldn't mess up nicely for storage. And I wouldn't want anything smaller than the smaller one. The in caps snap on closed. I found them to be a bit tricky to close in the first place, but then they tend to want to pop open sometimes when grilling, especially the larger of the two baskets. This did result in some lost food. It would be a lot better if they put a latch there instead of these clips. The baskets came with handles little tiny forks, and some hooks. After trying, we found all of these accessories, completely useless. You're not gonna be able to use the handles because they're wood and you wouldn't be able to close the grill with them installed. I thought maybe I could screw them in real quickly to manipulate the basket, butfound that to be very difficult to do and gave up on it. The little tiny fork seemed to have no purpose in the world other than the fact that it slipped through the little slots on the bottom of the grilling basket and falls out and is quickly lost. The hooks seem like a good idea, but I never could reliably hook the basket in such a way to where I could use them and finally gave up on them. I found the best thing was to grab potholders and grabbed the baskets on the end and just shake, rotate them, move them around and empty them. That worked great.

I ordered the BBQ Grill Baskets to use on my pellet grill and take camping. They work great and having 2 smaller ones that fit inside the larger ones make it easy and compact to store when not in use. I wish the baskets were the next thicker gauge to insure they will last many years and prevent bends if you happen to drop one. I have decided to quit using skewer sticks and use these because it is easier and quicker to separate fragile vegetables and get the food cooked just right and not burn some things waiting on the meat to get done. Cleanup is easy if you let them soak for just a bit in hot soapy water and then run a kitchen brush over them. The tastiness of the food isn't an issue cause the blame or praise falls on the cook. This is just a tool to expand your creative range. Really have no complaints but more of a wish item. Include 4 handles instead of 2 so if you are using all 4 you don't have to switch handles when your grilling. On the grill it isn't really and issue but when you rig up something to cook on in the woods the handle becomes handy real quick.
