The tester worked for a few weeks. Then the circle on the back fell off, which literally stopped the tester from working.I would appreciate that the company or a customer tells me how to fix it.

The Tester is small, inexpensive, easy to use, quite accurate, but I didn't give it five stars because of few reasons:1. Supplied Manual is confusing. It's referring to "Safe-T-Cube Plug (Splitter)" and is not supplied it and no indication where to get it. Easy to say that Cord #1 should be snapped in any other wall ground. Manual isusing term "Earthing" instead of "Grounding" without explanation the difference.2. The Tester is testing continuity of Earthing, but no quality of grounding. It designed to connect to ground pole electrical outlet, but to check quality of grounding in electrical outlet you need different tester "Outlet circuit tester". You can get it from Home Depot or any Electrical Supply.Earthing of your body is very old idea, but now is very popular, so users should be very careful in checking both - earthing and grounding.

We thought it was supposed to show the light only while on the grounding mat but it doesn’t work

Batteries in and light doesnt flash green. So disappointed. Tried 6 batteries even took batteries out of my tv remote to try and nothing. I know these things happen when purchasing on amazon but its just disappointing.
