Arrived on time. Part fit. Had to remove some flashing (very small amount of filing) around space where driven pulley goes. Probably would have worn off when running, but it was noisy so I filed it off.

Parts are parts and sometimes they get damaged! Especially in shipping! But when this happened, the service with General Transmissions was awesome! Thanks Rick for your prompt attention to our needs and getting the parts out to us fast as you did! Best service ever from an online seller! I highly recommend them and plan to use them again since I’m a holy terror on my lawnmowers!

I don't like that they had to reengineer this part because lawnmowers get dirty and they didn't think of that. Or maybe it's the mower manufacturer who should have known better. Anyway, I've upgraded and sure hope this works to keep dirt out.EDIT: Maybe it's just the Oklahoma dirt, but this dust shield is not doing much on my mower. Still need to pull the tranny and clean regularly.
