Speargun Brand/Model/Length

When new HAMMERHEAD Replacement Speargun Bands will typically yield the following results at standard stretch. All speargun band exterior colors perform similarly.

The actual results of your speargun band will vary depending on stretch and degradation of the rubber due to use, sun, moisture, and/or ozone.

For optimal results replace your speargun bands annually or after 6 – 8 months of heavy use.

I am well above average strength wise and I was unable to even get these bands to stretch 50% of the needed distance to put them on my spear fishing device (cant use bad words that start with a G and end with an N). Steer clear of these knock off bands I purchased the same size and thickness I currently am using.

Doesn’t fit or work on AB Biller shafts. Releases as soon as it’s loaded. Bands are noticeably different shape and do not sit in the shaft slots securely. Dangerous and frustrating! Been using AB Biller spearguns for over 15 yrs so I’m not new to this. Thought I would try them but sticking with factory designed bands.

Nice bands! I like em so far, got two 20” 5/8 bands on my 48 biller and it now has the little extra range I was looking for on those longer shots at grouper and cobia. Had 22” on before as called for and could not penetrate grouper from 7-8’ away. Now I’m sticking em from 8-10’ without penetration issues and losing fish.
