This is easy to fill and hang for the chickens. I had to get a longer chain for the chicken coop. Chickens seemed to enjoy it.

My chickens love this feeder. It’s a great and hygienic way to offer novel veggies and fruit without scattering it out around the ground. The chickens benefit from the challenge of getting the foods out. It’s easy to use and easy to install in your chicken run. The 2 halves of the feed snap together securely, then just hang the ball with the included chain for any convenient spot. I’ve been using it for over a month and have not had any issues.

It's made well, easy to open, easy to close, and strong materials. It's big enough to fit a lot of food inside! It's made to hang and comes with a nice long chain. I suppose it could roll around, but the outer or bottom food might get dirty so better to hang it. It's more entertaining to feed them this way since it will move and spin a little when they're all going at it. I like that I don't have to mix it with their food so that I don't have to replace it all if they don't eat it all.

This has become a fascinating new "contraption" that the chickens love to forage in and around. I like that it keeps the garden veggies off the ground and keep expecting to catch a game of tetherball when I visit the coop. The material seems sturdy, the sphere holds its shape. No complaints so far.

Hangs nicely. Closes nicely. It holds a good amount of lettuce and/or veggies. The openings are the right size: big enough for the chickens to get the food, but small enough that stuff doesn't fall out.I highly recommend it, but I think it's too expensive at $23 for one feeder. I would expect to get two or three for that price.

If you have a coop and you feed your chickens snacks from your fridge aka leftovers - this would be a great addition. Our chickens love this- whether you are filling it with veggies and fruit or with bread or other items , it works great to keep the food off the ground and provide them with some challenging activities.Good quality - easy to hang (I do wish that the chain was just a little bit longer - so that I could hang it in more places in my coop). Its a good product and easy to use.
