Very easy to fill and mount. My girls figured it out immediately. Love the long narrow design. Was able to mount it on the coop leg to remain out of the elements. Very well constructed. Highly recommend.

I needed 2 of these but thought I would just order one. I love this so much for the chickens Oyster shells so I am definitely ordering another one too! This was a very creative design! Definitely recommend this for your chickens so they can always have their oyster shells if they need them!

I am so glad I came across this oyster shell feeder and it is fantastic! It is a great size. It looks nice. It is very sturdy and my chickens love it. I think every coop needs one of these! It is definitely worth the price.

A great product, but only one small design flaw. The hole to hang the item on a screw or nail is cut directly into the tube that hold the oyster shell. Oyster shell has now gotten wedged into the hold around the screw and I cannot get it off of the run wall. If that hole was on a separate piece of plastic that was attached to the tube, that problem would be avoided. That flaw is just enough to knock a star off of the rating. Otherwise, a great product. It is sturdy and appears to be an item that will last a long time.

I have been searching for methods to provide oyster shell for my hands, and this fits the bill! Easy to fill, my chickens are not afraid of it and it hangs, which is nice. Since it’s just new, I can’t say if it’s sturdy yet, but it appears well-made. I also like that it has some motif, and my hat is off to those who thought of this clever idea!

I was giving the chickens oyster shell in a bowl on the floor of the coop & the chickens would fill the bowl with their scratching so I was constantly refreshing the oyster shell. This oyster shell feeder fixed that problem. It has a slot for a screw or nail in the back to hang it on the wall so it's up off the floor. So the oyster shell stays clean & the chickens don't waste it. Great feeder. Well-made. Easy to refill. If I had more chickens, I'd buy another one.
