I am returning this headset. As one reviewer stated, it is nowhere near the fantastic over the ear headset that Plantronics used to make. Sound quality is muffled. Ear piece won't stay on. Cheaply made, avoid, avoid avoid.

Since Plantronics doesn't make the awesome over-ear corded headset anymore, this was the closest thing without having to get the headband type. Well, it sucks. Period. Cheap, lightweight, poor muffled/echoey sound quality. You can't put on easily without having to mold your ear to fit in the holder, it does not stay in place when you finally get it on, and the ear sling falls off easily and does not hold it where you want it. You'd pretty much have to tape the cord to your face to keep it on long enough to finish a sentence. It will not work.

There are several issues with this Brisk Links earpiece-style headset. The worst is the cheap plastic ear hook. It has a flimsy connection that snaps around the hard plastic post that houses the ear speaker. Its fit and finish is more like a child’s toy plastic eyeglasses than phone technology.As other reviewers have noted, the low-density foam piece that goes over the ear speaker post to conform to your ear canal, falls off easily. No issue at all for me. Having read the reviews, I replaced it right away with an extra silicone one from a different earbuds set. And I can live with no mute button.But the cheap plastic ear hook is a dealbreaker. My silicone replacement for over the ear speaker probably makes it MORE stable on my ear, than it would be with the original foam, but it’s still not stable enough. I didn’t expect this headset to last a long time, but the ear hook situation greatly reduces my expectation of how long this will last. I’m returning it.There are VERY few of this type of 2.5 mm earpiece headsets available, but more of the over-the-head type with padded earpieces. But those aren’t easy to store in day pack or car. Adapter PLUGS tend to stress the Panasonic ‘cordless’ landline phone’s 2.5 mm receptacle. And many/most adapter CORDS don’t support the microphone. I found it so difficult to find an adapter CORD to fit this need, that I just went back shopping for the 2.5 mm earpiece headsets. PLEASE BE AWARE: If you go looking for a 2.5 mm male to 3.5 mm female adapter CORD, be sure the 3.5 mm female receptacle will work with your phone AND your 3.5 mm headset. It has to do with the bands on the plug. The microphone is one issue on the plugs. The other is mono landline phone to stereo smartphone headset. Good luck.

I needed a new headset for my cordless phones I have around the house. My old "headset" broke so this is why I ordered this item. It took a while to find the right set, they all are blue tooth, have a different connection or don't fit. This "Brisk Links" fit perfect and works great. The sound quality is good, no echo and they can hear me on the other end. It arrived earlier then expected. Now I can walk around the house without straining my neck holding the cordless phone in between my ear and shoulder. Great product and I recommend it. It fits regular cordless style phones, such as Panasonic that has 3-4 handsets you have placed around the house/garage.The price was great and didn't break the bank like all the others. Recommended.

This is a great basic headset for cordless phones. Nothing fancy but does the job. Conversations, are clear on both ends.Why the 4 stars not 5 stars? Comes with a foam cover for the ear piece but it's thin and falls off quickly when putting the headset on. Simple solve was to grab another better foam cover from a different set of ear phones/headset and that is holding on fine.

Works just as described. Switches ears easily, though you have to pause your call just a bit longer to take in and out the ear hook (no big deal). Light weight and comfortable. Found the audio perfectly adequate. Thought it was a bit trebly at first, then realized I could change that quality on my phone by adding more base. Has a bit longer connection cord than most I've used, which I like a lot. Unlike some of the other reviews, I have had no problem with fit or comfort, so I guess it depends on shape of one's ears and face. Ergonomics work well for me; microphone is perfect distance from mouth. There is no way to adjust the boom like with other more expensive headsets, so you get what you get and take the chance that it fits the shape of your ear and head; guess I lucked out, as it fits perfect! Very good product, especially for the price.

It doesn’t stay on the ear at all, the microphone falls below your chin.Be careful !! Also you have to pay for the return, plus they still deduct for their shipping $12 from the money of the product!!! How can amazon keep customers like them!!

La relación precio calidad es excelente, es un producto sin mayores complicaciones solo se conecta y listo, funciona bien, el audio se escucha nítido y el intrelocutor escucha con menos agudos, es decir algunos ruidos se reducen aunque no necesariamente se cancelan. Por comodidad tal vez alguien que esté todo el día con el auricular tipo call center, si genere alguna molestia a lo largo del día, el audifono no es tan ergonómico pero no es mi caso así que puedo decir que lo recomiendo.

The headset works great! Clear calls and a perfect size. It's long enough that it gets close to my mouth so I don't have to speak loudly to be heard. As a matter of fact the office I work in is kind of small and we tend to speak very quietly on the phone otherwise it gets too loud inside the room. My customers, who are all elderly, never have a problem hearing me and the background noise is cancelled out very well.The only issues I have is that from day one the little soft cover that protects the ear phone and makes it more comfortable to have in my ear kept falling off. It doesn't stay in place. Finally one day it fell off and disappeared. Now I have the hard plastic piece in my ear. It's uncomfortable sometimes. My ear sometimes gets sore. I guess it would be so bad except the other issue I have with it is the ear piece is just a bit too big and it bothers my ear to keep it in. My ears are used to having ear buds in them, they don't get sore when I'm listening to music or watching a movie on my tablet but they do get sore when I'm using this headset. I like the fact that it's reversible so I can switch it from ear to ear. I would purchase this item again though. If I did I just might go so far as to put a little dab of glue on the ear piece cover in a spot where it wont be bothersome before I start using it.
