I own two of these and have now given two as gifts. My friend said, where has this been all my life?!? A quality product that I have used every day for months. Packaged beautifully so a great gift. Wish there were more color options! I like that you can control the temperature and that it fits a mug so it’s not as big as some that I returned because they took up too much space. I would highly recommend. Hoping they don’t raise the price b/c many of us can only justify it for ourselves and for gifts when it’s on sale. Just sayin. 0)

I Love Love Love this new coffee warmer!! I love that you can change the temp one degree at a time. The mug is a good quality mug that keeps the coffee warm for a long time, even without the warmer. It makes a great soup warmer and scented wax warmer too! Add in that it's just really pretty, and I gotta say, I Love It!! ❤️ ☕️❤️Nope! Not getting paid for this little advertisement. Just think when we actually find something worth the purchase, it's fun to share. ☺️

I'm a heavy coffee drinker, but sometimes I leave my mug unattended and have to drink the dreaded... ROOM TEMPERATURE COFFEE. Not anymore! The infrared sensor on the base is pretty accurate and keeps it steadily at the temperature you set it to. No yo-yoing up and down in the range of the temperature you set. The little lid on the mug keeps the coffee from evaporating and the steam inside. And the auto-off function comes in clutch, as I sometimes forget to turn it off when I'm done. It's worth every cent!

Love this product. For once it does exactly as described. I like my coffee hot and it does just that for a very long time. After I return to my coffee from an hour meeting, my coffee is still at the temperature set as it was just made fresh. Other products best effort kept my coffee Luke warm. The only downside is purchasing the cup that comes with it which makes the price a bit higher. But it is well worth it. Do not even blink in deciding whether to buy or not. This is a great quality product and the cup is necessary with a flat bottom to make it work right.

I searched for a long time for the perfect mug warmer, and I'm so happy that I chose this one. It's sleek, easy to use, works perfectly with other mugs, and is temperature adjustable. I've been using it consistently for a while, and I've had no problems. This would make a great gift!

I'm enjoying the base and being able to adjust the temperature of it. I'm not so pleased with the cup. The cup is hot toʻ the touch which makes it difficult to hold. The handle (4 me) is hard to hold a full cup of hot liquid without touching the hot cup. The handle looks perfect so it may be me. Wish the cup was thicker. It's still a good product. I bought these for my son and daughter-in-law also.

Bought this for my mom and she liked it so much that she bought another one.This actually keeps your coffee warm and does not carry the risk of spontaneously combusting or melting into a puddle of goo (unlike some cheap alternatives). Had to really dig through Amazon to find this for some reason, and this ACTUALLY WORKS! Temperature control works, unit is durable, works with virtually any mug you have, no melting or glue seepage (unlike the cheap knock-offs), and still looks good even after heavy use.However, laws of thermodynamics and limitations of design mean that you should not try to use this as a hot plate. It is a very specific tool meant to prevent you from putting your coffee back in the microwave.

Ordered this mug warmer as a present for my sister. We have ordered other mug warmers for ourselves. We have been using them for both home and office use. They are low end as far as the price and quality. They work but the functions are basic. This is the first time that I've encountered a set that seems to be high end. Thought that maybe it was just clever marketing. It arrived in a professional looking box. The packaging of the items inside the box was also professional looking. I'm not really a big fan of pink but this one looks nice. More like a coral colour. The mug warmer itself is thinner than most. But this seems to enhance the performance. The mug that comes with the set looks and feels beautiful. The lid makes things feel that much more special. It is primarily there to keep your beverages warm. The long elegant spoon helps set the mood. The only drawback is that I'm a lover of tea and coffee mugs. My favourites will soon take a backseat to this special mug. These comments have revealed that I've been thinking of keeping this warmer to myself. Decided to read the instructions. It's that sophisticated. But it's also user friendly. The digital control is actually more precise than the display on our other current mug warmers. It happily keeps coffee and tea at the desired temperature. With respect to temperature the auto shut off is a good safety feature for those of us who are easily distracted. In sum this set will make a nice gift to a loved one. It will also be a nice gift to give yourself if you feel in need of one of life's littler luxuries. I'm pleased with its performance. It is a good quality mug warmer. I'd highly recommend their product.

Finally found it! Having tried another warmer (the electronic kind where you must use their mug on the warmer for it to work) -- in fact having gone thru FOUR where only one worked -- I'd almost given up, but I'm so glad I kept looking! This mug warmer is perfection! Right out of the box, which is top notch and packed so well, everything has blown me away! It's made in Germany, not CHINA, so right there it should tell you something. The unit itself is solid and hefty -- not flimsy or easily knocked off the table. I took it out, set it up and read the instructions (simple and clear) and it took about 10 seconds to get it working! This heats by infrared technology -- so cool. So there's no electronic or computer element to it. It senses a mug on the warmer, and then simply brings/keeps the contents at the temperature you want! It comes pre-set at 150 degrees, which was nearly perfect. I easily took it down a couple degrees and now my tea is perfect drinking temp all the time. Oh, end it's fun every time you set a fresh mug on it to watch the bright, easy to read display come up to your perfect temperature. A very BIG plus to me, is you can use any ceramic mug you like with it -- so I can switch out and use all my favorites each day! You can even use ceramic tea cups. With all the others, even the expensive ones like Ember Smart Mug -- $130, ouch!! -- you must use the mug that comes with it for the electronics to work. So what happens when it breaks? This does come with a very nice mug, lid and very pretty spoon, but like I said, any mug will work with it. This is the best thing I've bought in a long time -- I never rave like this in reviews! Get one -- great value for money and I don't think there's a better one on the market!

I've been using this thing every day since I bought it back in 2023, it works perfect. It's very clean on a desk, the lil display and the controls are obvious and easy to use, and just having it on my desk makes me wanna use it. Great for when something calls me away for a while I come back to a piping hot coffee. I've used it with several of my other mugs as well and while it takes a little longer to heat up those than the og mug it still works just fine. I have no regrets.

This is brilliant!I've used this every day.The company kindly resolved the issue with the plug and I'm absolutely delighted.My preferred drinking temperature for coffee I've decided is 52°C (126°F). It holds that temperature very well, for hours, It is easy to switch the display between °C and°F. I've tried it with tea too as I wondered if it would develop that 'stewed' taste if left for a long time at a fairly high temperature but it doesn't it tastes fine. I did have a cold coffee I'd left on the table and forgotten about, it says it will heat a cold drink quite quickly - and it does. Importantly it tasted fine.It isn't the cheapest mug warmer in the market. I think given a bit of time though it will pay for itself by saving me throwing away forgotten drinks.It stands on four little feet and one thing that concerned me was how hot it might be under the base (it is on a wooden table and I didn't want it to be damaged by the heat) however the heat level under the base is just a very gentle warmth so I don't think it will be a problem.The mug has a satin finish which makes it pleasant to drink out of and the shape makes it comfortable to hold.
