One side gets way warmer than the other. Only used once so may update review later. My feet did not get cold but one side heated more than the other even though both were on middle setting

The quality is superb, the workmanship is fine, very light and thin, without any thread ends and defects. The heating function is very powerful. After wearing it, the feet are very warm. The battery is easy to remove and charge very quickly. I sincerely recommend it to all friends who are afraid of cold!

As someone who often runs outdoors, I have been looking for products that can keep my feet warm in the winter. I like skiing, but my feet are always frozen and numb when skiing. This heated insole changed all that! The thickness of the insole is moderate, which does not affect my skiing shoes. Now I can enjoy the fun of skiing without worrying about my feet getting cold.
