Do not buy this product. I purchased this wall mount to support a six foot 100lbs heavy bag.We mounted 2x6 into the wall studs with three inch lag bolts. We then mounted the mount to the two 2x6 with more lag bolts. However the mount it such poor quality that it sags and now the bag is touching the ground. We did mount the mount approximately nine feet from the ground. Again do not but this product. If you still buy this Amazon will give you a hard time trying to get your refund due to this being a third party seller. You have been warned.

This item is well manufactured and sturdy. The 8 wall mounts make it extremely secure and strong enough to accomplish pull-ups on as well. All mounting hardware was included. “Thank you for a great product.”

This is a great product, exactly what I wanted for hanging my TRX on a concrete garage wall. However, we have to return it because we decide to hang our TRX on an inside wall that is drywall.

The bracket was in situ for less than 4 weeks and and is used infrequently by members of my gym for cardio work rather than any real boxing training. First of all the bolt on the cross bracket above the bag worked loose and the bag fell down, and then 2 weeks later after that issue was fixed the top cylindrical bracket totally sheered off and was left holding on by only the bottom bracket.Very poor quality from a seller that claims the bracket will hold 800lb.Avoid.

We installed this onto 2x6's which were lag bolted across 3 studs. We put a 70# bag on it, have it extended 1 notch. Within a month the top bracket completely separated from the metal plate. We used some metal strips to fix that. It has proceeded to drop the bag 2 more times in the last 2 months. The bolt that screws into the bag hanger keeps twisting open. There is no way the lock it. Don't recommend this at all. Very cheaply made.
