- Question 2: Why other unregistered fingerprints can unlock the lock?
- Answer: Before the first fingerprint is registered successfully, it is the experience mode, any fingerprint can unlock the lock in experience mode. Please check if the first fingerprint is registered successfully.
- Question 3: Why my fingerprints cannot be registered successfully?
- Answer: One fingerprint needs to be collected 5 times that will be registered successfully. So you should enter the same fingerprint 5 times instead of entering 5 different fingerprints when registering a fingerprint.

This a great lock. The setup is not super intuitive but if you follow the directions to the letter it works. Love the fingerprint key! You can program it to multiple finger prints if needed. Uses a micro usb cord to charge. Not sure how long a charge lasts…mine is still charged after two months of minimal use. You know its charge strength by the light flash. It is a heavy duty lock and chain. The rip stop material covering the chain is durable for rugged use. Very pleased with this lock.

I was concerned about this anti theft chain lock at first, but now that i've actually used it on a bicycle I'm convinced that the electronics are well designed and that the product is pretty much fail safe. It seemed to me an innovative product, that locked and unlocked via a fingerprint. But it made me wonder; what if its batteries run low while the lock is engaged? Turned out that was just a personal worry. There's redundancy in the way the lock functions, so my fears were generally unfounded. The chain, however is not the strongest out there. I wouldn't leave this on a bike overnight in a city like Los Angeles. But In broad daylight on a busy street; yes. The technology behind this article is the real thing and I'm sure there will be more products based on the same design coming.

this is probably the coolest bike lock I've ever owned lol. Seriously it is really well-made, very heavy duty, and opens with a fingerprint. it works great, and pairs with an app, so you can control it, and go through the multiple functions. Very easy to set up, and use, very secure. No key holes, so it can't be picked. Not easily hacked. Works great for bikes, scooters, ladders, or anything else you can think of. Great length, very useful. Great product, great price, highly recommended.

..and good luck with that. If at any point this lock's electronics give up, better hope you got a backup plan or a good locksmith.To start, the lock's manufacturer is emblazoned all over the cover. A would be thief probably wouldn't take long to figure that out. Neat part is that the app allows you to share with others the ability to unlock it, they just need to have the app and be within bluetooth range. So yeah.. someone technical and malicious enough can probably manipulate easy enough to bypass the 'security' on this.So if it's easy to break into, what happens if it just doesn't work? How would that happen? Easy, leave the absolutely not waterproof cover open and let some water get in the USB port. I see it says 'waterproof' in the listing, but I don't know how much I would trust that claim. I wasn't going to submerge it to try. That said, the cover really doesn't strike me as something that'll keep any sort of water out.It's fingerprint recognition is alright. It works about 90% of the time. The other 10% is annoying and you have to keep readjusting your finger. You can at least unlock it with the app, and apparently an apple watch app, but I haven't tried that.I like that idea of an electronic lock, but I really don't think I can trust them. It's really a risk factor no matter how look at it.

It will lock and unlock for everyone upon delivery However, there’s no way to set up connection. Spent half an hour configuring this - no success

This chain lock was used for a toxic cabinet and it kept it locked at all times with an ease to unlock it with just fingerprint. No more hassle with losing the key.

Bike lock is heavy and durable. It is easy to use and comes with an app. The functionality of the lock is cool because it is digital and uses your fingerprint. Really cool concept and works well
