I have used these in a bedroom to help lower the noise from running water in the adjacent bathroom. Very easy to put on the wall. Also, easy to make them level and create a look that adds dimension to my bedroom hall. I chose to use command strips to add these to the wall. I only use two small strips and these stay in place very well. I did this in case I wanted to change things in the future and wasn’t sure if it would ruin any paint or drywall.

These were so easy to use and stuck on the wall very easily. Made a design on the wall in the studio I do sound healing in. Love the honey comb shape. The only thing is the beige has more of a gray hue to me in comparison tothe other beige colors in my studio.

I have a few of these types of panels in rooms for acoustics and they def help with slap echo issues. This time I was thinking outside of the box a bit and used these ones to protect my car door from hitting the wall in my garage. Is that the intended usage? NO! But you can use products however you like and I felt this was a cool way to protect my car doors and spruce up my garage a bit. But if you want to know how to works for its intended function I have a lot of experience using acoustic panels and these work better than the 1" cheap pyramid looking foam tiles and are good value for the money. I like that these have a sticky back so they're really easy to use and the beveled edges look great too! I would recommend this product.
