This module has high sensitivity, fast response, small static power consumption, small size, easy to install.
It can be used for human body induction lamps, alarms, security, access control on-demand imaging, agriculture and forestry mining automatic equipment, etc.
Key points:
1. The high level time of the output of this product is adjustable, 2.5 seconds to 1 hour, the default setting of output time 2.5 seconds, and you can change one chip resistor if you need to change it.
Please read the following form for resistance value corresponding to the typical delay time.
2. Blocking time is 2 seconds, not adjustable.
3. The factory is defined as repeatable trigger and cannot be changed.
4. The supply voltage of this module is 3.3V to 15V, and the limit voltage is 2.8V to 18V.
5. Module output timing is: output high level for 2 seconds after power-on, then go low, enter standby status. If the delay time is changed, the time when the module outputs a high level after power-on will increase accordingly,
which can be understood as the startup time after entering the normal working state after the electric power will increase.
6. After installing the photosensitive element, it does not work during the day, work at night, does not contain photosensitive components, and works all day. It is considered that there is no photosensitive element installed.
7. This module is very sensitive, pay attention to the installation position, try to avoid the heat source radiation source (air outlet / direct sunlight)
8. The sensitivity of this module is adjustable, and you need to change a chip resistor. Please read the relevant table below for details.

PIR detector worked as expected in my Arduino ESP32 project. Fixed sensitivity and delay times worked fine for me but these can be changed by resistor additions. Just search for SPEC sheets on the WEB, match to these units, and follow instructions to modify sensitivity & delay settings.

Using this motion sensor for my ESP32 CAM board, wake up board when motion is detected. Drive entire board with 3.7 Volt battery (charger TP4056). Works fine. No issue hence 5 stars.

After trying these modules out for a while, I can now say that the ones that work, worked great. I added a LDR to one of them which I then used in a project (motion sensing "trip wire" with LED's and piezo buzzer) that has worked great ever since. The second one I received worked at first, but it had an issue. I tried putting on a higher value resistor in order to increase the outputs delay, as stated in the description, but the module couldn't handle it and just barely had any output voltage, so I was forced to put the 0 ohm back on. The third one I received was DOA. After removing/testing all of the components, it seems that the PIR sensor itself is inoperable. I guess I'll keep the rest for spare components. I would definitely suggest purchasing the SR-501 modules, which seem more reliable. The AM-312 has also worked well for me in the past and are a smaller module for those that may need that feature for their project.

Moindre qualité et surtout la zone de détection aléatoire. Parfois il fout lui expliquer que vous etes là.Tout droit dans l’axe, oui, il détecte bien dans le 3-4 mètres, mais de que vous vous éloigné, vous n'êtes sûr de rien.Il n'y a pas un cône de détection comme pour les PIR 'normaux'.Vous pouvez danser à côté de lui, car l'angle de détection je l'estime à bien moins de 90 grd.La zone de détection est plutôt bizarre, comme un losange plutôt.A mon avis vous ne pouvez pas l'utiliser comme PIR de confiance, mais peut-être comme projet didactique pour l'école.Par contre il est petit et il fonctionne bien autour de 5v avec une sortie claire de signal de 3.3. Et même si dans sa doc il est possible de le paramétrer, je ne pense pas qu’il faut rêver de changer des résistances smd sur ce composant.

It senses motion, mine only senses in a line in front of it and not to the sides, but that is likely my fault as the sides are blocked.

Last review I commented that this PIR motion sensor functions incorrectly.I double check my board I have found that one of DC voltage filter capacitors is bad soldered that make voltage supply to the sensor fluctuated and affect the sensor's output.Bottom line, the sensor is well designed with low profile, more art

Estos sensores son muy pequeños, abren la puerta a múltiples aplicaciones donde no puedes usar sensores estándar (que son enormes comparados con estos), además, la calidad de los materiales es muy buena.
