I was hesitant about this heater after some negative reviews but I am glad to have had no bad experiences yet. The heater is super easy to install in your aquarium, and even comes with extra suction cups for more specified mounting. The temperature control is smart, you just adjust it with the button and leave, it heats automatically and then maintains as needed. The system has an included depth sensor to prevent low water level burn out, and shuts off automatically as needed. I was realty happy with the heater's price, and the quick heating of my tank was obvious as you could feel the increased temperature on your hand and even see it with the included strip thermometer.

Taking care of my husband fish tank, went through two of them, both melted in the tank within a month. Yes affordable and nice, but not reliable long term.

This heater is GREAT for my 19 gallon tank with my Betta in it. The only thing is every once in a while you can hear it heating up and it’s kinda a weird high pitch sound momentarily, but when the tv is on or something you can’t hear it. Honestly I’m just really sensitive to sounds. A lot of times I can hear electricity from lights lol so maybe you won’t even hear it. I still highly recommend it with how happy Jimothy (my fish) is lol

I use this in my turtle tank. Keeps the temperature perfectly between the two temps I set it for. Easy to read dial from outside the tank is helpful also. Good item for the price. Happy with this purchase and would purchase it again.

Works great, sometimes the temperature on the screen will jump from 80 to 82 but it’s not a big deal it works fine when the temp goes lower the desired temperature. It just freaks you out at first but otherwise this product is amazing
