Your cart is empty.The T10 Pro Smart Thermostat is the latest addition to the T Series lineup, featuring advanced RedLINK and Wi-Fi capabilities for customized home comfort. It supports 3H/2C heat pump systems or 2H/2C conventional systems, with geofencing and flexible programmability managed through the Honeywell Home App. It adds an extra stage of heating for both system types (with EIM) and controls humidification, dehumidification, and ventilation (with EIM). The thermostat includes screen and backlight timeouts, a Dark Idle theme, and a customizable fallback room feature for selecting a default sensor when no occupancy is detected. It ensures even temperature distribution with connected sensors and offers enhanced I/O capabilities for custom inputs and outputs from the EIM+. It is compatible with floor/slab sensors to control ambient air temperature and features a fan lockout after cooling cycles. It also initiates ventilation at high indoor humidity levels, with specific CFM and wattage ratings for models VNT5070E1000 and VNT5200E1000. I had a new system installed and they replaced my Ecobee with a T10+ and I really liked it (and did not like the Ecobee). I had two other Ecobee's and decided to replace them with the T10+. The device is a bit more complicated to setup and the Residio application interface kind of sucks compared to Ecobee, but the TStat works better and applies 1st/2nd/Aux heat perfectly to maintain tempurature (The Ecobee always struggled with this on all 3 systems).The buyer beware bit is the T10+ is a "Pro" version, and to Honeywell, that means if a Pro did not install it, you have not warranty support. Since I did have one T10+ professionally installed, I could honestly say the installer had been there, but I just need this one thing fixed (The Residio interface was not working, but it ended up being on their side)Unless there is a specific feature you need on the T10+, I would look at the T9, as it is nearly the same device, but it has full residential support from Honeywell. I am very HVAC savvy and very tech savvy, so I have no issue support these mostly myself. Great Tstat all around with those caveats.
