Following the directions made things easy...Except for the Alexa synchronization. It should've mention to use the Honeywell account information by prompting for that rather than the other which I can't remember. Okay, review is over and now it's time to carry on with my day.

I purchased this one primarily bc it has wifi capability and replaced an older Honeywell unit. Price was right. Local HVAC company wanted over $500 to put a lesser model unit in. Instructions were easy and it works perfect.

I ordered three units of this product. Two of them performed perfectly, with the WiFi control surpassing my expectations—it has been incredibly impressive. Unfortunately, the third item arrived damaged. I returned it and I request another one as a replacement, which worked but had slight discoloration on the plastic, making it look a bit worn and the box was in bad condition.After installation, it functioned well for a few days, but soon displayed an error message. Although a reset worked briefly, the issue returned, and I’ve now requested a second return. Despite these challenges, I’m still planning to order another because the product’s overall quality is excellent.

Excellent Wi-Fi enabled thermostat that you can access anywhere in the world! Download the app & easy to set up. Director are very simple & you’ll be set up in 10 mins. Displays humidity, inside & outside temp, room temp, cool or heat or off, and temp setting for HVAC to kick on. Highly recommend this product!, Great price & value for this product.

Functionality: I wanted to upgrade my old Honeywell to one that I could control through use of App and glad I stumbled upon this product. I love that you have options to match the Hi res screen to colors of your wall. This product should be installed by a technician and the initial setup was a bit clunky...because you have to register online first...then you are able to match product with the App for controls. Ive only had product for less than 1 month so I see no issues right now. Only one suggestion...maybe take a look at having the option to turn down screen Hi Res display when not needed to see temp...like some of the other modern thermostats. My technician tried to quote me over $500 for this same product but I was glad I looked and found it here. Overall I recommend this product.

Really easy to install with spring-loaded contacts and detailed instructions. The “Auto” option is turned off by default but it’s in the menu to enable it. Works great!

I don't use it to the extent I could but it works well for what we need. It even sends us a useage report every month that doesn't mean much to us. It works as intended for what we need.

I am sure the thermostat is fine, iv'e had Honeywell thermostats before and they are great. But, Amazon or the sell substituted another thermostat from the one I ordered. I also found one locally that was cheaper.
