Verarbeitung der Locking ist super, perfekter Ersatz für die originalen Hersteller Lockringe bei der die Madenschrauben auf das Gewinde der Martritzen drücken. Vor der Verwendung muss man natürlich die Konservierungsstoffe mit Alkohol entfernen.

Get rid of those locking rings that are a pain to adjust. These are easy to use, adjust and stay in place.

I'm exchanging the lock nuts on reloading dies that have brass set screws as the screws damage the die threads. Theses lock nuts have a gap with a threaded cap screw that tightens to secure its position to the die. The flat sides allow a crescent wrench, or similar, a sure grip to tighten without damage. No brainer!

I just started using these with my setup. I have the Lee Classic Turret press and RCBS Rock Chucker Supreme Single Stage press. These lock rings hit the same (or virtually same) mark everytime. A cheap option to help make your process more efficient. Wish I bought these long ago.

These die lock-rings are fabulous. Solidly crafted and much better than another manufacturer's product that I have purchased recently. However, the package arrived intact with all (6) lock-rings but inside the package 3 of the lock-ring screws were loose in the package and rolling around. 1 of the screws was intact in one of the rings and 2 screws were missing completely. Amazon chat was very quick and good about a return but I couldn't be bothered. I just kept the 4 lock-rings and put the screws in myself. I've purchased two of these ring sets previously and they arrived in perfect condition so perhaps it was the reseller's issue. Hornady products are typically outstanding.

Pro: Really solid, and locks down firmly to the die threads. That thing is not going anywhere after it is tightened up.Cons: With a Lee breech lock press, the corners contact the release pin, and it tends to get wedged onto the breech adapter.Solution: Leave the original lee lock rings in place, and screw these down on top of them. Now your depth settings won't move.I don't make use of the breech lock feature and unscrew the die after each operation. So these are good as I know when I screw it back in the dies will be set just like they were the last time.
