I have had it a week now and am happy with is my old one I think the healing element was going out but this one works great gets hot like it is supposed to. So far so good I'll update if anything changes.

Really great hot plate heats fast, easy to use, great size to put away when not using. Very functional, easy to use.

We got this so we don't always have to have propane at the campsite, since we typically have electric. We're also using it at a new house that we're renovating.Very lightweight unit with nice solid plastic feet. The left burner knob is very easy to turn but the right burner knob can barely be turned with fingers. That's a stinker.The burner indicator lights are turning on and off with clicks as I have both burners on ‘1’ in order to boil water on each burner. Since this is so open & portable there should be some hysteresis (a few second time delay) between the thermostat and indicator light so you can move away from the burner if needed. We have teenagers around so you never know what lunacy will occur.I wish the three foot cord was just a little bit longer in order to reach counter outlets. The quality and thickness of the cord and plug are good.
