This is a white granular material that does not dissolve immediately in water, and sinks to the bottom of the pool. But after a few hours, it is no longer visible and seems to be working fine.

Chlorine is subjective to different pools so many elements weigh in the the effectiveness. I will buy this again and again. It’s readily effective in my pool and presents a good change for my chlorine levels.

I used this last year as well. I get crystal blue sparkling water from adding 2 ounces weekly to my 10,000 gallon pool…I usually add the day after shocking my pool. The bottle will last me all summer!
