I bought this to keep animals out of my garden. It worked great for about 2 months and then stopped working. When I checked it, it was full of water and never worked again. It's advertised as outdoors but it really isn't. Would not recommend!

Doesn't do the job of keeping pests out of my pond. The pests has to be a lot closer to activate the sensor then was advertised. The Noise it puts out is not loud enough when it's activated. I'll keep it and use it where it might be effective on areas that are within 7 feet of target.

After a bear tore the door off of our coop and got one of the chickens, we purchased this. It is really loud and very effective. Good product!

The product came on time. The product advertised 13 sounds which for my use of trying to scare away birds would have been very useful. Birds will become accustomed to hearing the same noise and in a short time it will no longer scare them. Not only does it not have 13 noises but it has 1 sound which is a song. Not a loud heavy metal song which could potentially do some good but no it's a quiet peaceful pop song that would do absolutely nothing. I purchased 2 of these units and both have a single song clip programed into them...very disappointing. I would not purchase from this group again, it's like there playing a joke on the people buy there products.

This is the 2nd similar product I bought from this seller. The first one has very similar function but cheaper as there is only one default sound (dog bark and gun shot). That one works too but the remote was pretty much useless and non functional. This one has all the great features with a working remote. The sound is loud and motion detection is very sensitive. I use it to scare away wild animals, raccoon, coyote, rabbit, squirrel etc. It works great! I'm getting more for other corners of my yard.Update changing from 5 star to 4 start: the night mode feature doesn't work at all, keep alarming all day. Also, strong wind triggers the motion detection too so you have to monitor and control it manually all the time to not scare every when you don't want to.Wish the above faulty function can be fixed in future to make it a real great device as claimed

We got this to keep bears out of our garbage we have it in a secure resin storage the bear found it and was destroying it si we ordered this stuck it on a poll.. he has not hit our garbage since i love how many different sounds so if he gets used to it we can change it.. could be louder but so far it has worked great.... it does not scare rabbits or porcupines.. but it does work for bears and for scaring pesky sisters as well..lol

Raccoons danced to it. Didn't scare squirrels birds rats or anything else. Returned it, no problem with refund.

After reading the instructions and being a bit confused on what they were really saying, I got it figured out how the setup works and how to use it. They were definitely not written by an English speaking person. Pretty nice that you can record your own sound with the thing with the built in mic. Volume has 3 settings and is plenty loud. I’m using it to attempt to scare raccoons out of the yard and so far it’s working. This thing would also be a blast for Halloween!!
