This product does work exactly the same as white mountain motor. Attached is a picture showing both of them replacing the other white mountain one that broke and they both work exactly the same using my same equipment. The price seems to be better than any other motor I could find for the quality

It makes ice cream.. but....... the motor gets very very hot before the ice cream gets hard enough. The original motor would automatically shut off when appropriate. This one does not, so that's frustrating, because it's a guessing game especially since it does get so hot.It was pretty expensive for it not to perform the same as original.. just sayin

My old original White Mountain green motor gave me faithful service nearly every weekend or every other weekend for 3 years Summer and Winter. When it finally wore out, I shopped around and could only find this Oakware model. I thought a bit pricy, but it said it had a better gear drive. On that note I'll have to wait and see.One thing I noticed off the get go was that this motor is DEFINETLY a much quieter motor which is nice.
