The IDVisor Smart V2 is TokenWorks’s Android based Age Verification ID Scanner incorporating over fifteen years of drivers license and passport scanning experience. The product sets new milestones in cost/performance ratio and durability with features such as large intuitive color touch screen display, verbal or audible warnings, customer visit counters, on-screen reporting, customer relationship management features like tagging (VIP/Banned), email and phone capture and advanced database management features.
We continue to offer intuitive icons for Alcohol and Tobacco plus a speaker provides provide human voice warnings for underage, ID Expired, Birthday, ID Reused, and ID Tagged events. There are also computer generated warning sounds for those who don’t like voice warnings. Both are designed to complement the visual warnings designed to make it virtually impossible for an employee to mistakenly serve a minor.

It quickly reads, records and calculates age for IDs from all 50 US States, Canada, Military IDs, and passports while maintaining a customer relationship management database.

Simple point-and-shoot Barcode Scanner reads all 50 states IDs and Drivers Licenses, Canadian Drivers Licenses, Canadian Health Cards, US Military IDs, CAC IDs, and Passports. Simply point the barcode scanner at a 2D barcode or passport MRZ and the ID will scan within 1 second! Uses High-Quality Honeywell scanner to ensure results every scan. Press buttons on either side of the device, front of device, or screen to scan. The built-in laser pointer and white-light illuminator help guide the operator. New drivers license formats update for free so you are always covered.

Barcode Detective
IDVisor Smart V2 includes a free subscription to Barcode Detective from ID Sentry.
Barcode Detective uses hidden data in barcodes to fight fake IDs. Its advanced checks look for typos, jumbled info, misplaced data, and even secret codes.
Although not foolproof, Barcode Detective significantly improves the ID & Age Verification process (WiFi connection required for use).
DMV Check
DMVCheck is Tokenworks’ latest innovative feature to ensure document authenticity.
DMVCheck is a pay-per-use service that allows a recently scanned ID to be checked against the issuing jurisdiction in 40+ states.
This provides a second line of defense when trying to determine if a particular US state ID was actually issued by the state.
Occupancy Counter
Tracks total customers in attendance automatically and allows for manual entry.
Ensures your establishment doesn’t exceed maximum occupancy to adhere to local laws and keep your customers safe in case of an emergency.
Customer Tagging
Tag any ID with a custom tag, description and expiration date.
(i.e., VIP, Banned, Member, Owes Money)

Long-Lasting Battery Life
Removable 4000 mAh Li-Ion Rechargeable Battery will easily last all shift. In our testing, scanning 4 times per minute with WiFi on and the LCD on brightness setting at medium, it scanned 2800 IDs in 12 hours. Clients are amazed how long the battery lasts.
Up to 2 Optional Photos Per Customer
Take 2 pictures for each customer which become part of the customer’s record and appear whenever the ID is re-scanned

Free Software Updates
IDVisor Smart V2 uses WiFi for free software updates TokenWorks does not charge for software updates, either for new drivers licenses formats or for improved software features.

Find My ID Scanner
With Find My Device, you can navigate to the ID scanner’s location on Google Maps. If its current location isn’t available, you’ll see the last known location.
If the scanner is misplaced, you can play a sound to locate the device even if the sound is off.
Demographics Reporting
Ability to create custom graphs which auto populates from Scan - ideal for marketing organization

Visitor Loyalty Counter
The Visit Count, shown on the main screen, tells the operator how many times a client has visited the business. This gives the operator valuable information like identifying new clients or a frequent visitor who perhaps is less of a security risk.

Tap the screen age icon for 7 Customer Challenge Questions, which can be used to further verify questionable customer ID's.

these are great and work well for our club, but do buy the warranty. About 15 months after we bought it, one of our units stopped turning on. With the assurity warranty they took care of it immediately including shipping. And they were fast! I’m so glad we bought it. A lesson learned. I never bought the additional warranties because I always think it’s going to be difficult to deal with, but with the great experience this time I will buy them from now on. Well worth it

I love having this, it makes our door man’s job so much easier which makes all other employees jobs easier. The pass back alert is a great feature as we have a large patio making passing an ID to the parking lot fairly easy. As for customer service, fantastic, got someone on the phone first try. They were from the company itself located in New York. I had a 1-1,000,000 battery issue and they were great about it and just mailed me a new one no problem, they were even so kind as to throw in a free hand strap as our VERY large handed door man broke the last one. Overall a great experience with them.

This device stores and saves all ID info when they are scanned. It’s a must have for certain businesses. This is absolutely worth every dollar

This scanner works very well. It does scan passports from other countries (US passports it has a harder time with and is hit and miss) as well as some foreign IDs. We have a predominately foreign customer base so it was important for it to capture as many IDs as possible. The picture taking capability is not good. You have to wait for a long time for it to focus and then you just get semi usable pictures so make sure you focus in on what is important and hopefully you will get a clear shot (this is also hit and miss). The pass back feature is pretty cool only if you are open after midnight and someone comes 2 nights in a row it will alert you that the ID was passed back so be wary of this (wish it had a way to program your hours so you can actually use the pass back feature daily) and if a passport way used in the last 24 hours it simply will not scan it again. When a fake ID is presented, it simply won't scan but does not indicate that the barcode is invalid so that would be a good feature to add. Other than that...it has worked very well for us. Would recommend using it as opposed to the old way of doing things as it has caught a lot of things that would have gotten missed before and the customer captures are invaluable.
