Very strong suction. You can hardly smell anything that is cooking in the rest of the house. It is loud, but that is to be expected.

I purchased, and installed this product in November 2022, and I must say it is a great product. In late 2024 it started turning on by itself. In February 2025 I reached out to customer service about the issue. A representative by the name of Emma responded in a timely manner, and after a few questions, and following some instructions on how to try to fix the problem which was not resolved she decided to send me the necessary parts to repair. I received, and installed the parts appropriately two weeks ago, and it is working perfectly. Thank you Emma for your timely response, professionalism, and excellent customer support.Noel

Not that great performance. No service available. Heavy cost of installation and removing and exchange. Instead, they shall have service optio to fix properly.

This is a great product. I don't know what the bad reviews are about and because of them I wasn't going to buy this. But I did and I am very happy with the product. Great Value.

Bought this for our new home but suction quality is low and it also stop working after a year. The lights are always on, remote is not working and the gesture sensors are also not working. Need to get a. New one now.Think twice before buying it.

It’s louder then it should be I was hoping it wasn’t going to see if we take out a baffal see if that helps other then the kind fan I like it

Overall a decent product for the price. It looks OK, the installation was relatively easy, and the noise level is about average. The biggest issues are in the control area. First, the touch buttons are not reliable; sometimes we have to put our finger on the button for a long time to get the response, especially for the Light Power button. Second, the Gesture Control is very sensitive; if your head gets too close, it will trigger the Gesture Control in an unpredictable way. We are trying to find out how to disable the gesture Control feature right now.
