The original number is 0-0-0. To set your personal combination, follow these steps:
1) Keep the lock in open status (original password is "0-0-0");
2) Press down the reset "Button" by a tool until "CLICK" sound;
3) Rotate the wheel button to change password;
4) Push the button towards to the direction of arrow and the password reset when you hear the "click".
Now you have finished to set your personal combination.Please remember your personal combination by heart. You can repeat the above steps if you want to reset your password

....especially considering that, in addition to it being fireproof AND waterproof, it also has a security lock on it to ensure that it is ALSO safe from prying eyes or randomly opening. I always wanted a fireproof safe, for the storage and safety of the same items and purposes, and I did eventually get one of those. Which is great and very secure. BUT this product Allows for so much more portability, and the storage of specific items and places to put them such as the folders and pockets etc. This just allows me to keep paperwork safely stored and keep it separate from other items but still organized and available to be easily found. If it was just a little bit bigger it would literally be the most perfect fire and disaster proof container.

My boyfriend is moving to a part of the US that is prone to hurricanes. Knowing he wouldn’t think about evacuation emergency’s or loosing important documents I decided to take the responsibility upon myself. The bag has ample room for important documents and getaway cash incase of an emergency. I wouldn’t say it’s good for keeping ALL paper documents but it is good for the most up to date ones and important paper work. When he does move it will be with his emergency supply kit as part of his Bug out bag. He loves it and the lightweight design.

In fact, this document organizer is absolutely effective for storing important documents. It provides a lot of storage space, and I can easily find some items after putting them in. This is thanks to its mesh design. At the same time, with lock, I can feel more at ease to hand over the items to him for safekeeping.Speaking of the fireproof and waterproof functions, I specifically communicated with the seller. My file case came as expected. It was packaged very well. Since I have not completely organized it yet, I will say that I am very impressed with the construction. So many pockets, the zippers seem to all work well, lightweight, however, I have not yet tried the locking mechanism. Overall I am very pleased but I do wish it was a tiny bit wider but it will definitely work for my needs. I am very pleased with this vendor and this purchase.

All I can say is this thing will hold a ton of stuff. Was able to organize all the documents in my safe. It’s sturdier than I expected. The handle makes it easy to move around. Zipper on the outside is very strong and glide very easy. The lock is a nice addition to keep them in place and out of the way. The inside has removable folders. The pocket sizes are not Tao big that stuff gets lost in them. I did put water on it to see if it would soak in and it beads right off. Overall very happy with the item.
