Assembly was somewhat time consuming for me personally, in the kit comes an instruction manual and there's a instruction video on INNO's website for a more detailed instruction. Overall the quality is very well built so you are getting what you're paying for, the only tool needed is a Phillips head screwdriver and a measuring tape and it does help to have an extra set of hands to help hold everything in place while you tightn things down, for reference this was installed in a 2022 toyota 4runner
