I have to say I am seriously impressed with this Inqibee 5 QT Hybrid Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Ceramic Coating Non Stick Sauté Pan!I was a bit surprised at the weight of it-it is a bit on the heavier side which is just a true testament of it's quality.Usually for me the true test for non-stick pans is an egg, but this time I made a pot of beef stew and it worked really well in not only searing the meat but cooking the entire pot of stew.Heat was distributed evenly thanks to it's hybrid coating.I really wanted this pan because I don't have a good pan deep enough to make fried chicken and larger meals so this is perfect. It's large enough to hold most family sized meals, soups, stews, etc.Washed up perfectly, no residue left behind using just dish detergent & non-scratch sponge.Recommendation from manufacturer to use wood or silicone cooking utensils only as to not scratch the surface. States metal tools can be used but carefully.No fumes or vapors coming off pan when using for the first time.Handles make this easy to lift, handles do tend to get hot since they are stainless steel.Lid is just the icing on the cake. There isn't anything not to love about this pan!Mimics the very expensive brand name cookware that sells for a much more expensive price for a fraction of the cost.Highly recommend this pan to anyone and at this price point ($42.99 at time of posting this) you can't beat it!
