I’ve purchased 3 of these and none of them worked properly. They did work for while but the clock started slowing down over time. I contacted Intermec and was told to check power. Paid an electrician to check and replace breakers but nothing. Intermec sent a new motor and it didn’t help. Bought another brand and it works fine. Very expensive lesson.

I have always purchased Intermatic timers and never before had a problem. It appears it was defective from the start but I was sure I had done something wrong. It was out of warranty (unreturnable) when I realized it was defective. It's not that complicated, but regardless of my settings I found my lawn irrigation system had run in the night on days that were not assigned, apparently only one zone so i often didn't see it. Buyer beware!

I ordered this as a replacement for the exact same timer that I used for many years before the timer motor died. I was really annoyed that the unit that was sent to me was obviously used. The pigtails to connect to power had obviously been used and were frayed. There were no brass timer pins included. A power line plug had been punched out. When I finally got it installed the day turn-on selector didn't work. I had to run it manually turning it on/off switch.Intermatic should be ashamed for trying to foist off a used timer. And to make matter worse it didn't even work.

It's wasn't worth paying an electrician to come out and explain how they wired it. As if an licensed electrician would not know how to attach the system. You are better off buying where you could return it in person when it's defective .

It does the job. The last one worked for 20 years. It was nice to see that when it finally needed to be replaced that the exact same model was still available from Intermatic.

Great service. Had it installed.... it is the same as my last one which I had for at least 10 yrs. It is simple and easy to use.
