The reason for the 2 star rating:Latches are great and very easy to install. However, someone has a problem counting parts. I ordered the set of 20 toggle clamps and latches. I received 18 toggle clamps and only 13 small latches in the bulk package.I needed the 20 pack for a project, so now I need to order additional sets and will have 5 toggle clamps without the needed small latches.
