Works as advertised. Works well to give the blade a nice cut. Does not work well for a very dull blade. It’s designed to do what it does.

This works great! Does a great job sharpening tools, and it’s easy to use. It’s a little more challenging to use on smaller, hand-held tools such as pruners, but I made it work. Very happy with it.

Bought by chance due to how easy the video made it look to use (and it is SUPER EASY), already having a few items that needed sharpening, and having just bought a few more items that would need sharpening in the future I can say I made the right decision. I almost opted for a couple of knockoffs at 1/3 of the price but luckily I read the reviews and though they looked similar, they weren’t the same. I love this sharpener and can’t wait to sharpen every knife & blade in the house lol. 1st thing I sharpened was a corn knife (sickle) from Tractor Supply Company and it is honestly sharper now than when I bought it!

The sharpener is smaller than I thought, but it does the job intended. With a lifetime guarantee it is value for money, what more can you ask. It is easy to use but not that comfortable after sustained use on different tools. Time will tell if it's ok to keep things sharp.

My trusty Felco pruners were leaving my dahlia stems in shreds and making pruning a chore. I've never sharpened pruners before, so had to look up what and how. It seemed insane to spend nearly four times as much on the actual Felco sharpeners, so I took a chance on this and am quite delighted at how quickly and easily my #6 pruners sharpened up! I'll be trying this handy gadget on my other yard implements next!Now, if only all my yard work could go so quickly and easily....

As always with Japanese cutting tools they are so sharp and easy to use. I have a pair of Japanese scissors that are still sharp after all these years. That’s why I bought these clippers. Great for cutting back shrubs like lavender. They make the job so much quicker than secateurs.

I’m a bit prune obsessive as well as a Ikebana novice , so have many many tools etc , also bit of a snob and I tend to Pliny in at the high end Japanese tools , so these are very much in the budget end and I’m incredibly impressed by the quality, efficiency and workmanship in this product , I love using them , go far to say if you develop a problem then it’s more than likely you at fault , they are so good
