What everyone needs is a good wire cheese slicer that GOES THOUGH THE DISHWASHER, and this in THE ONLY ONE that I could find. Ordering it from Amazon Australia was fine, as we did not mind waiting a bit longer for delivery. But we do think that KITCHENAID SHOULD SELL THIS PRODUCT IN AMERICA. I mean, really KitchenAid, Americans love cheese and Americans love things that go through the dishwasher. Plus, your product is the ONLY ONE IN THIS SPACE. Do not make Americans search high and low, and order this from Australia. Do yourself a favor and Prime it to us ASAP.

Je verwacht van Kitchenaid een mooi design en functioneel product. Deze kaasschaaf is echter een waardeloos ding dat binnen korte tijd volledig onbruikbaar raakt, zonder buitensporig gebruik.Absoluut niet aanschaffen is het advies.De overige producten die ik van deze serie gebruik daar heb ik iedere dag plezier van.

I'd give this zero stars if I could. This cheese slicer is not built for the long haul. I had this for less than a month, and am pitching it. I used it to slice blocks of marble and munster cheese. The slicer/wire part is already stretched an not usable.

This slicer is very hard to handle. I do not think the design was thought through and tested before releasing. More label than funtion. Buyer beware..
