Tried many types of pump pliers; these are my favorite, hands down. The teeth bite, even on round surfaces, eliminating the need to squeeze tightly on the handles to maintain a good grip. Highly recommend!

The one very very nice thing about the alligator line of pliers is the fact that you can operate these with one hand you don't have to push a button and get it to the right position and so on and so forth. You just simply open them up slide them up or down and that's that

These are the best slip joint pliers you can buy. I have 3 pairs the oldest pair being over 15 years old and the teeth have little to no wear at all and I use them everyday.
